Reservations Required:    

Click the Green “BOOK NOW” button on the home page to reserve your spot and purchase your tickets. The online calendar has openings 30 days in advance. Tickets are non-refundable but if you need to change your scheduled time, you can modify your appointment from your confirmation email to choose a future date or email us to receive credit for a future visit.

WHO COMES TO KIDCITY:    

Kidcity is for little kids (age 1 to 7) and their favorite grown-ups. We ask that you bring at least one adult for every four children.  Read about our age range before planning a visit with older children.

What Kidcity offers:    

Kidcity is an early childhood space for Pretend Play. The museum has theme rooms where little ones and their grown-ups can enjoy using their imaginations together. Kidcity does not offer climbing or active playground spaces.

ADmission Rates:    

Regular admission to Kidcity is $13 for every person (age 1 & up). Babies under age 1 do not need a ticket.

For families with WIC or SNAP, the discounted rate is $5 per person with card and photo ID.

If you are attending with a Downtown Middletown gift card or paper passes, please use the “Other Admission” option in the reservation system. The same option can be used to reserve an entry time but pay when you arrive.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Kidcity participates in the Blue Star Museum program, which gives free admission to active military families, with ID.

Please note that Kidcity is not able to accommodate any birthday party or group visits.

Hours & Days:    

By online reservation, Kidcity is open from 9 am to 4 pm every day. We occasionally close for maintenance and sometimes we sell out, so please be sure you have an entry time slot reserved before you make the trip! Most visitors plan to stay for about 2 hours, though you are welcome to stay until our 4 pm closing regardless of when you arrive.
